Super Metroid is not a Zelda clone
In fact Castlevania games and Metroid games share the same genre: Metroidvania
However, Darkest of Days is not showing up for him. Therefor, I rate this feature 0/10 because it fails at its main purpose, which is to let people play Darkest of Days.
Is Watch_Dogs the first game that only supports 64-bit Windows?

BF4 does as well.

its minimum req is Vista 32 bit
I'd like to see proposals for a sharing scheme that would still have you buy games.
When he's playing the game, this happens:

Good thing I'm not interested at all in that game. My PC isn't remotely near half the min specs.Oh gods! Was on uPlay site (don't ask) and saw the Watch_Dogs specs...
Thankfully, I just received more parts this month to complement my GTX 770. By the time my build is finished, it will already be 2 weeks out of the Watch_Dogs release.
Can do "Recommended" but not sure on "Ultra".
EDIT: Well crap, there was a thread for it.

Hey, even if I owned one of NASA's rigs I'd still want to play that game!So that's why you played through DN3D.

But yeah, I should skip the next 2 or 3 big Steam sales and buy a new one. Or better yet, skip the next 100 or 200 meals and buy both PC and games.
Still need 2 more friends before I can qualify for the SteamBox beta - foreveralone.jpg
If any kind gaffers would like to add me my username is the same as on here. Thanks!
You have to sign-in on the machine(s) you want to share with and authorise them.
So if I want someone in another country to be able to share in my games they'd need to log into my account on my behalf to enable their device presumably?

I am interested and I have a Desura account now.If you are interested, quote this post. I will not necessarily pick the first 4 quotes, so feel free to mention you are interested, even this post has already been quoted 4 times. I will see about that tomorrow depending on how many people and who are interested.

I'm not familiar with reading region restrictions in the registry. Would there be an issue redeeming/playing an RU Batman Origins in NA?
If I'm reading it correctly, it looks like the apps are at least the same with the regular row package
http://steamdb.info/sub/29958/#section_apps
There are three methods of region-locking available to publishers on Steam:
- Restricting games to run only in certain countries. You can check if a game has this limitation by looking in the registry and seeing if the package has the onlyallowrunincountries string. Here's Lost Planet 3 RU, for example.
- Restricting gifting to users in certain countries (or disabling the option completely). You can check if a game has this limitation by visiting the store of another region using the CC trick (http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=xx, where xx is your desired store's country code) and adding the item to your cart.
- Distinct app ids for different regions, which means that DLC purchased outside of the nominated territories would be incompatible. Again, this is something you can check in the registry: here's Dishonored ROW and Dishonored RU, for example (note the distinct ids for the Dishonored app).
I was poking through previous pages to see if anyone had recommended a game that's currently part of the Not on Steam Sale (that I hadn't already purchased) and noticed this went unanswered. Here's my little guide to understanding region-locking on Steam:
Just curious, how's the difficulty Toma? I believe it might be something like Spelunky, or easier? Are any events time related (for instance, completing something before times run out) ?
I highly recommended Full Bore if you didnt buy that yet.

Nope, the game is not reflex based. The game starts out easy enough, but eventually some levels can become rather tricky, however, the game is great at providing you with the freedom to skip most parts if you feel like you arent up for them yet because it offers wide possibilities for exploration.
Did you play 1000 Amps? Its pretty comparable to that from the overall feeling, just gridlocked with more puzzles instead of having the platforming challenges.
I'll add you, but that will be much later today. So you need only one more!
edited: need your steam id though
Sent you an invite, that should be 10.
Thus far I've bought Full Bore, Leviathan: The Last Day of the Decade, Race the Sun and The Sea Will Claim Everything.
That's a great question, Monk, and one I'm curious about, too - from the video/interview with the devs (one of whom reminds me of Samwell Tarly - that's totally a compliment) on the Greenlight page, it seems far more exploration/puzzle focussed, rather than twitch-based (although solving some puzzles does seem to hinge on how quickly you 'dig'). Much more up my alley, though, as my mind is faster than my fingers these days. Block puzzles! I loved, Blocks That Matter, for what it's worth.
Toma, you've piqued my interest yet again - enough so that I committed an hour today to watching that video. Your efforts in spreading the virtues and rasing awareness of indie titles is second to none.
