2D games aren't going to have resolution options (for the most part).DMPrince said:Legend of Fae demo from the one i downloaded have no resolution option. it's 800x600. boo.

Weenerz said:Secondly, the save system is BULLSHIT, the only time it saves to steam cloud is if you specify it, but the game NEVER mentions it. So after reformatting, and thinking the save would be on the cloud, like every steamworks title not made by Obsidian, I find out the thing is gone and I have to start over.
Yo I said that when I couldn't import my save from Bioshock demo into the main game.Gvaz said:Nope. I'll wait for a sale. Why the fuck can't you import the save over? fuck that shit.
Haeleos said:haha, Fallout New Vegas has fucked up cloud saving as well. Get with it, Obsidian.
Dragon Age II pulled from Steam as Legacy DLC launches
Legacy is offered in-game in the PC version of Dragon Age II, meaning players can purchase it without passing through Steams checkout apparently a violation of its recently introduced, free-to-play friendly terms and services, not to mention denying it a piece of the action.

Then again, I probably won't ever get it regardless.

Gvaz said:Well I was considering buying Dungeon Seige 3 since it's by Obsidian and while it shouldn't have the dungeon seige name, it does seem to be a competent arpg

Dungeon Siege 3 is a good Single player game but it has issues when it comes to re-playability and co-op
* No randomized areas
* Loot sucks
* No new game +
* People can troll you in multiplayer and sell all your shit
* I think you play pro-bono when joining in multiplayer (like Fable 2), i would try it but its dead online
As a single player experience it gets an 8.2 out of 10 from me.

Aren't Valve the ones that pulled it and not EA? I wonder why in-game DLC purchase options are so contentious.Weenerz said:And people wonder why we stick up for Steam so much, EA are fucking dicks and people need to stop buying their PC games.
Exactly. Don't play DA2, it's almost as bad as Space Siege or Alpha Prime.Volcynika said:And nothing of value was lost.

Weenerz said:I honestly don't know the details, but do we really need to defend EA? I know, opinions everyone has them, but those guys are so anti-consumer, I tend to side with Valve, which has taken care of us quite well over the years.
kadotsu said:This might sound dumb to you but you should really get ME on Origin. You'll get the Pure Time Trial pack for free with the purchase, which is a great extension to the game.
Deathspank won't get pulled (forgive the pun), its a Hothead game and EA are just publishing.

I just grabbed it from one of the mirrors. You might have to wait a minute or two for it to let you start downloading, but it's fast after thatLastWindow said:I'd like to try out Legend of Fae but the demo will never finish downloading. Would anyone be willing to rehost it?
