I know of the app where you win it upon completing the puzzles, but is there an exploit beyond that?Nabs said:An iOS exploit for the most part. It's pretty low.
Volcynika said:Speaking of Darksiders, anyone want my free copy I got when I preordered Space Marine? Gotta actually play it within the near future though! Or I'll be sad.
Toma said:Me? Might be a way of finally convincing me to check out this game.
Volcynika said:You're first, so you should check it out. Will gift in a minute.
Console image quality doesn't do the artwork any favors. The gothic architecture really comes to life when the IQ is near flawless on PC. The visuals only get better as the game goes on as does the gameplay.Chesskid1 said:i tried to play darksiders several times back on the 360. always hated the artstyle and the GoW style combat, but i kept trying because i heard it was like zelda. never got that far in sadly.

Even just an auto-fading hud would be nice.Corky said:Oh that's a good one, I just wish that removing HUDs were as easy as forcing AA in games. I'd kill for more games with minimalistic huds
Forkball said:Brink is $10 on Amazon, Deus Ex is $35, Just Cause 2 is $10, and Tropico 4 is $32.

Obsessed said:I can't figure it out. I get 10fps in the menus, and 3fps ingame. I've turned everything on either low, or off.
Maybe this is just another problem with Radeon graphics cards.

Brink isn't THAT bad of a game. Certainly worth $10. Great team based action that forces team work.Weenerz said:Don't. It is truly awful.

gdt5016 said:Game runs great for me. Only problem is that D3D doesn't seem to be detecting it, so I'm getting CRAZY high framerates. I can hear my fans working over time. Why isn't the game limited to 60fps?

there were pastebins with like 3000+ dirt3 keys floating around the internet earlier today. it was posted on steamgifts. said the source was russian hacking forums.
steamgifts has also banned dirt3 keys atm, in light of the news.

Brink is one of the worst games to be released this year and isn't even worth .99 cents let alone $10. Broken ass game all around, with missing features that even online games from 2002 had.legacyzero said:Brink isn't THAT bad of a game. Certainly worth $10. Were the bonus levels the ones that people (you?) were saying were incredibly frustrating with crazy timing and lots of retries or whatever?Stallion Free said:Hamilton is well worth 5$. I have 9 hours played and I have only finished the main story levels (all 100% except for the last one). There is another 4-5 hours or so I'd guess in bonus levels too.
Yeah the difficulty curve sky-rockets in the bonus levels. The main campaign keeps a pleasant difficulty curve though, barring two levels. I know my puzzle limits so I stopped after a couple bonus levels.Blizzard said:Were the bonus levels the ones that people (you?) were saying were incredibly frustrating with crazy timing and lots of retries or whatever?
We were talking about RadeonPro earlier, but that's just a program to keep you from using CCC if you like tweaking stuff. People like to force settings through CCC, and that can be pretty messy. If you don't use CCC for that, then I don't know if it'll be helpful. You might want to consider updating to the latest ATI drivers or grab older ones.Obsessed said:What is that thing I can install for Radeon cards that lets me get rid of the CCC?

It knows and remembers your age if you accidentally select a year that would make you younger than 18NullPointer said:But a random Steam question first. Is there a way to get Steam to know and remember my age? Those age gates drive me nuts.
hah. I bet it does.Remfin said:It knows and remembers your age if you accidentally select a year that would make you younger than 18
1. Just keep in mind with Darksiders that the first hour or two are a bit slow. Once it clicks, it's damn good. The dungeons are a ton of fun and follow the Zelda formula heavily.NullPointer said:Nice Darksider pics. Guess I'll give it a spin while waiting for Space Marine to unlock (11 hours so close yet so far away).
