Nope. Valve wont ban accounts for buying games off this site. The worst theyve done is remove said game from your account. And that only happened with MW2 I believe.

I wouldn't worry about it as Valve isn't silly enough to slaughter the cow they milk money from. Besides, they've already played their hand and showed what they'll do if you're caught with an illegally obtained game e.g. Dirt 3.

Just traded some TF2 hats for 20bucks worth of games (in addition to the $15 i got for my Witcher 2 items)

Man these TF2 hat obsessed nutjobs will pay anything.

The only hats I regret not getting are the Sam & Max items. I didn't pick the game up on Steam because I was afraid it wasn't going to be Mac compatible like some other games because it was coming out right around the time Steam Play was coming out and the game wasn't being advertised with it. :(

Worms hat, MTG2012 hats, MNC hats and PvZ hats for Worms Mayhem, MTG expansion and a foil conversion

I don't care if i got ripped off (especially on that second deal). I was posting in the TF2 threads with no response to my trade. TF2 is meaningless to me.

Damn I wish I could trade my Witcher 2 items for some decent games. I don't even play TF2 so they're just sitting there chillin in my inventory.

Personally i'm waiting for that HD rerelease version on PS3/360. I have a feeling it will run like crap on PC for me.

Plus apparently DMC3 on PC has no native widescreen support.

I traded an Earbuds for Chantalise (not worthit so far), From Dust (god awful stutter) and Blocks that Matter (haven't touched).

I mean, I got $30 worth of games for some god damn polygons, so I'm not gonna complain.

Not trying to turn this into a TF2 trading discussion thread or anything but you got ripped off. I think the Earbuds are worth 60 to 70 dollars. People are trading Skyrim for it on tf2outpost.

You may want to make a post over on SourceOP then, I woulds be perfectly acceptable to ask for a $10-12 game for the three items.

When is Renegade Ops meant to be out be out? The store just says October.

Oh and does anyone want to trade a copy of Aliens Vs Predator for my copy of the Dreamcast Collection.

hmm. thought it was 2 buds for one 50-60 game.

Earbuds are worth like $20 tops. Bills are about half that.

Earbuds are pinned at $20 I believe. Bill's Hats ($10), earbuds ($20) and Max's Heads ($80) are the three high-value fixed price items, IIRC.

Bill's Hats/earbuds/Max's Heads are like currency notes. They don't do anything but are valuable simply because everyone else recognizes their value.

so
Keys < Bills < Buds < Max Heads?

1 Key - 2
1 Bill - 10
1 Bud - 20-30
1 Max - 60?

so 5 Keys = 1 Bill
2 Bills = 1 Bud
2 Buds = 1 Max?

I gave away max's head for one hat back when I started playing after a huge break and knew nothing about anything >_< and I just did it so the guy would stop annoying me...
