My top 10 is there but I never win anything that's worth a damn so I'm not getting my hopes up.

This is how I feel. All of my games are on the list, including a game with 1 copy won. But I still highly doubt it.

Every time I open steam it shows all games, how do I get it to only open to installed list?
It used to work but since the update it doesn't seem to do it anymore.

In your library, click on the All Games drop down list on the left next to search, select Installed.

It's basically never a good idea to spend money in an effort to win something in a random draw. The idea would be to only buy the indie games that you were interested in. I got 35 tickets buying only games I had on my wishlist and playing games I already owned. Foreign Legion: Buckets of Blood is my only regret.

That's exactly what it means, but by looking though the thread on Steam, I can get a small sampling of people who have D'Spank on their wishlist. What I meant to say was that AT LEAST two other people have it on their Wishlist, and they posted on the Steam thread that announced the games given away.

RUSE should be £6 in about 12 hours on Gamersgate. Just got a newsletter about a few days of Ubisoft deals, it says RUSE will be 70% off tomorrow, and it's currently £19.95.

It's Steamworks so you can just enter the key into Steam and away you go.
