I haven't tried it myself but I've heard there's some sequence breaking in places but I don't remember where.
I installed a game yesterday, and Steam actually asked me where I wanted to put it, in the standard C:Steam folder, or if I wanted to make a new folder somewhere else. Is that new? I don't recall it ever asking that before.
Binary Domain goes on that pile of big stinking heaps of garbage I bought and tried because of raves here and nowhere else. So godawful, particularly on PC.
Play past the first hour or so, it gets amazing.Binary Domain goes on that pile of big stinking heaps of garbage I bought and tried because of raves here and nowhere else. So godawful, particularly on PC.

idk what gaf see's in this game.
Why is it particularly bad on PC?
Binary Domain is a great game and better than Gears of War simply because the enemies don't have to be bullet sponges if you're good enough.
Real talk.
I have Binary Domain. Not going to play it because it's too mainstream on GAF.
Apparently it's the massive FOV support and superb performance even with downsampling. lol
Binary Domain is kinda like Alpha Protocol right?
Is it not possible to buy the DLC for the assassin's creed 2 trilogy from within Steam?
It's OK, hipster. You can tell people you were into Binary Domain back when it was in beta. ;-)
Anyone have Dwarfs!? from a bundle or know a bundle that's active that has it? I'm in game right now and don't want to search. I don't follow the bundles at all.
Anyway have an extra copy?
Indeed. My first session with the game lasted a couple of hours and at that time I thought, eh, it's alright. Then when I started it the next night, I stayed up to 3am to finish it because I needed to know what would happen. The shooting is extremely solid and I love that the robots can lose their arms/legs head etc but the story really made it for me.Binary Domain is great but it starts off badly. Most game devs front-load their games with all the best scenes and action and make everything intense at the beginning because most players have short attention spans. Binary Domain starts off slow and progressively ramps up steadily through the game until you're WTFWTFWTFFFFF by the end.
It's all on Steam. Some has to be bought separately, but AC2 and Brotherhood just come with the DLC built in.
Not at all.
Binary Domain isn't an RPG.
haha.
I'll give it a chance next week. Seems like my kind of game anyway, just swamped with Hitman right now.
I hate the checkpoint system in this game.

He meant "everybody hate it. It flopped at retail. GAF says it is godly".
Do you give Hitman a thumbs up or down?

HOLY SHIT Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is 66% off at Gamersgate, what a deal!
A bunch of QTEs were broken for me at 120fps, had to undo the fix temporarily to get past them.Does anyone who finished Bully with the 60 fps fix remember if there were issues with it at any point in the game? I played an hour or so in this afternoon and everything seems to be perfect, but I'm wondering if I should anticipate anything.

Sonic Generations is on sale more than not lol. That game is forever 7.50
I wonder if it's been profitable at that for Sega
