I'm also starting to get old...

well 22 was kinda whatever but at 23 my gf of 5 years broke up with me, I got a pretty severe eye condition that left me with DVS and a shit ton of eye floaters that bother me daily and will never go away, lost my job, uncle died, cat died, balding took over the last bits of my hair, house got robbed (not much but still)

so yeah dude tough times ahead this is scientific fact

im 24 in a month and it can only get better tho, so now im drinking vodka with apple juice from a juicer I just bought

University here. Systems engineering, but I'm not liking it at all. Still in my first year despite starting the career in 2010, maybe I should search for something I enjoy a little more (despite it always being my dream to become a game programmer).

I think that's part of the college experience. Not knowing or at least having some idea but changing midstream ,in a sense. When I started, I had no idea what I wanted to do. Before I transferred, my major was Individual Studies, a jack of all trades kind of major. Then I took Intro Psych 101 and I knew what I was interested in.

Then last semester, I took Experimental Psychology. How to design and conduct experiments, gather subjects, collect and analyze data, etc, And it was the most fascinating, fulfilling class I'd ever taken. Now I know what field I want to specialize in.

So good luck to you. Hopefully you'll find your path, like I did.

The story they tell with the DLC was like so emotionally resonant with me. I couldn't believe how much heart they packed into it. I teared up near the end.

Speaking of BL2, can anyone chime in on if the two DLC classes are worth a purchase? I looked up some youtube vids of them and they look alright enough. Seems like there is plenty of content though without em.

The Mechromancer is awesome, a very different playstyle than the standard 4 Vault Hunters. The Mechro builds Anarchy stacks on reloads. Your bullets become more powerful but you lose accuracy when you empty your magazines and auto reload instead of manually reloading after a couple of rounds. Manually reloading causes you to lose your Anarchy stacks. There's a skill where you regain health on reload and another where your bullets will ricochet off surfaces and home in towards enemies. You can also summon a sweet robot and spec him in a couple different ways. High pellet count/small magazine size shotties will be your best friend.

Haven't played as the other new class, but it seems melee oriented.

Yup, I hate that shit too. The worst thing is that the fucking message won't go away until you manually close it and threaten it with gifting it Bad Rats if it ever appears again.

I'm guessing they kept getting "Where is my key???" support requests and just thought "fuck it"

I was the same way. My only real interest was in writing. I love writing, I write short stories in my spare time, and I have a talent for it. So I had some vague plan of becoming an author or something.

Then, I take a required class that I wasn't really excited for aka Intro to Psych and it was like a light bulb going on.

Another example. My Dad had wanted to be a surgeon. He had even started taking pre-med classes. Then he got married, that career wasn't really going to work out. He become a state trooper, than a court officer in the Bronx, took promotional tests, and now he's a court clerk (a much more integral position in the court system than you'd expect) in White Plains Criminal Court.

Who knows? Maybe you'll take some course, find you have a passion for the subject.

As long as you keep the same aspect ratio, you could have some grid icons with a ridiculously high resolution.
