Any impressions of Meridian?
Mainly, is it large scale control like Starcraft (where you can kind of tell units to go here and attack) or is it more like CoH (where you can micromanage your units, tell them to take cover, other actions, etc.)?

On the same note, are there any other RTS's like CoH/CoH2, where you have that kind of intimate micromanagement of your units?

Jurassic Park is $6 with the 20% off coupon. Not a bad price at all.
If you enjoyed the movies and wouldn't mind more of a comic book-esque sequel this'll be right up your alley. It plays like Heavy Rain accept you select the location you want to go to. You don't actually move the character around.

What is the 20% off code? I'm only seeing 10%.

You guys, you guys... With all those Telltale deals going on, isn't it possible they'll be doing another Humble Weekly?
It really seems like they're trying to gouge people before bundling games. :\

I'll say it again. That's as likely as Capcom making a new dino crisis.

Speaking of bundles, with all the junk curios Strategy First has been releasing on Steam lately I'd love to see a SF-based bundle. Bundle Stars or a Groupees (build-a-bundle) would be best, I think.

Has the movie released in your country yet? I remember the game was region locked for me on Steam for a few weeks after it released because the movie wasn't out yet. Ironically, retail copies of the game which could be activated on Steam were available on day one so it's not like anyone who wanted the game couldn't find it.

Did the movie release yet on your country?

I guess everything is not awesome.

Late response but yes, the movie was released simultaneously with the US here in Chile. Not sure about other countries in South America, maybe that's why the game isn't available here :(

Haven't seen it posted yet, so Battle Academy is now available on Steam for $20.09, currently 33% off.

About the Game

The hit turn-based strategy game has landed on Steam! #1 strategy game in the app store in 46 countries.
Approachable, absorbing, detailed and yet visually impressive, Battle Academy aims to revolutionize the strategy games market with a blend of intuitive design and compelling gameplay. This quick-paced easy-to-learn strategy title boasts an impressive number of unit types and different missions and delivers endless replay value because of cleverly designed online multiplayer system, built in scenario editor and a host of user mods and scenarios.

Battle Academy is an action-packed tactical strategy game where you have to take command of a select group of units and lead them through battles on the many different fronts of World War II. As a commander, you will have to employ real world combined-arms tactics in order to secure victory. This means you will have to lay ambushes to surprise opposing forces, use suppressing fire to pin them, flank hostile armor for maximum effect and, if necessary, assaults the enemy to clear strong points. In some cases you will also have access to powerful off map artillery and air support with the capacity to weaken the enemy defenses or even stop an enemy attack dead in its tracks. At the same time you will have to play close attention to the morale of your own troops and use recon units to spot any hostile ambushes or flanking attacks.

To achieve this, Battle Academy offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to control your troops and at the same time makes sure you will never lose sight of the battle. This means that you will be focused on what really matters; your mission objectives, battle tactics and unit positioning.

The game engine is also completely script-driven and therefore easy to mod, allowing players to create their own missions and scenario and even complete game overhauls in a simple and effective way.

Tired of being stuck in the foosball table, the players of the team Rayados have released themselves, and now roam free on the neighborhood! Of course, freedom was only the first step, they aim for more: challenged by foosball teams from all over the world, these little guys are going to show us what they are made of!

Foosball - Street Edition is a 5 VS 5 arcade football game, that puts you in the control of 9 teams of foosball players, each one with unique skills and abilities. Far from trying to imitate a football simulation like other games, Foosball - Street Edition focus in being very accessible and easy to play, with many cool dribbles and simple action-oriented mechanics. Enjoy playing football with awesome characters in crazy locations!

50% off ($4.99) for the next week.

You're the only one on SteamGAF who shatters my dreams on a regular basis now.

To me it seems actual steam sales relate more to what might be coming up in a bundle. Rather than third party sites like GMG.

Gotta say I loved the little detour SteamGAF went with Regina. You guys never disappoint.
