For a game that's been out forever there's no gameplay of the update and nothing really saying what the definitive edition entails.

La-Mulana and Super Hexagon. La-Mulana was $1.49 before, but that was just to celebrate their Kickstarter for La-Mulana 2 or something. Super Hexagon was less than a dollar before, but it's worth it for the amount of time you'll end up putting into it.
VVVVVV is alright (I don't really like pixel perfect platforming), but it's been $0.49 before, so maybe hold off if you're not sure about it.

I gave up here too until some poeple (actually, Man God and Bassforever, lol) demanded I get all of the secret doo-dads. You should give it another go!

Woops, I mixed up Pavel with the the Kshatriya Artifact Library level. Pavel was still pretty cool though. I liked the combat encounters in his level a lot.
But yeah my top 3 would be:
1. Kshatriya - great level design
2. Spider Lair - great atmosphere
3. Pavel - great combat scenarios
The rest are just decent.
Oh wow, I was going to start up RAGE today (even despite middling opinions) and I had no idea it had an expansion (or a single dlc, whatever). For some reason I find the expansion listing as advertising "extended play mode" as a little weird. Though I supposed that's what Broken Steel was too.
Well, I guess I'll see how I take to the base game, first.
Edit: Holy fucking jesus christ at this texture pop. Wolfenstein TNO had me somewhat prepared but this is exceedingly worse.

Yeah Veni Vidi Vici is a pain in the ass. Good luck with that. The only other one that I've played on that list is Fairy Bloom Freesia, which isn't bad either... The enemies are somewhat repetitive, but it's fun and there's a lot of ways to customize how you fight. Kind of reminds me of Tales of Symphonia's battle system a little, except you have to pay to unlock the skills you earn by leveling up. Bosses are fairly tough, story's serviceable, and you can beat it in 2 hours.
But it's been bundled before, so you might just want to wait on that.

Yeah, that DLC was released more than a year after the game. Pretty odd. I'd already sold my PS3 copy of the game before it came out (because I didn't know it was coming out) so I've still never gotten around to playing it.

I did this in ACIV... Found that game oddly compelling despite being burned out by the end of the Ezio trilogy and absolutely abhorring the third game with Connor.
I'm actually missing one of those community naval ships... just one! But since they're randomized encounters, I have still been unable to nab it. Sigh.

Decided to play Depression Quest before bed.
It was an interesting experience to say the least. The game definitely gets the job done in teaching you more about depression in what I say is a easier format to digest. I would say it's worth a play just for that fact alone. Shouldn't take you much more than an hour probably less depending on you reading speed.

Hey, i feel bad i haven't been on the past couple of days.
Crawl has seriously been so much fun, i can't wait for more content to slowly be added to the game over the coming months.

So I just played a bit of Sleeping Dogs on Xbox, I got it free from the Games with Gold thing. I've got it on Steam too, but it's a bit too much for my laptop.
Well so far, the missions that you have to drive for (the van, the minibus) are just godawful. Those vehicles handle like crap. Anybody who's played, how many more bad missions are there like those? And if anybody's played on both PC and a console, is vehicle control equally bad on both systems?
Everything else is fun, but I really just can't do open world games that have bad vehicle mechanics...
