With some craftsmanship it could be enhanced even further for much better immersion:
- make a curved surface out of plaster
- a nice 7.1 audio setup
- the head tracking seems to have troubles sometimes maybe there's a better solution?
- fixate throttle & joystick on desk
I never knew about voiceattack. So awesome to give orders via speech. And the feedback from the board computer really adds a lot of flavor.

Much cheaper setup but great nonetheless, can't wait for the Occulus consumer version
Yes we like our Simulators, especially the space type
(The head tracking is great in Euro Truck Sim 2 too but really takes some time to get used too)
Edit: And I'm also using Voice Attack for spoken commandos, cool stuff
I use a PS3 Eye cam for the headtracking and voice recognition, works really well

First time hearing about Nom Nom Galaxy. Watched the trailer on steam. Looks weird.. and fun.
It's also made by the guy who does Tomorrow Children currently! Recognized him from weekends event.

I already finished it, actually, but didn't do any of the harder modes or anything, so only got a handful of achievements.
Why?
Because its achievements are extremely rare for no good reason.
It was in early access for quite a while as well, but yeah officially it only released in August.
I recommend it either way for anyone who is interested. I still need to finish it, but I've enjoyed what I've played in early access and release.

Heeeeeeeey. Not all the quests are like that! There are some really, really interesting sidequests in there that are a joy to complete. Sadly, they're buried among the hundreds of other pointless "go here and kill this thing" quests.
Now that I'm on my 2nd playthrough, I'm really starting to hate all that. I need a guide on how to find all the memorable quests that matter =(

It got a lot of flack back in the day that was somewhat deserved. Don't play it expecting a "real" sequel to X and you'll be fine
