There still needs to be a valid number keys available, and 2K had to provided Valve with enough for Prey. It probably would not normally be a problem, and would be easy to sort out, but the time restriction of the deal meant they had to come up with a solution.

1. One EA game
2. One collection
3. One obscure indiegame you wouldn´t have bought without this ridicously low price
4. One game you should already own.
5. A mediocre game that needs a sale.

Which gives the following:

1. Spore
2. Elder Scrolls Complete Pack (or whatever its called)
3. Altitude
4. Psychonauts
5. Railroads!

You could get that from GOG for probably cheaper than steam would do it, get extras too

I prefer to have all my games at Steam when they are available there, even if they are bit more expensive. And since I already have bought the game three times (PC-CD, PC-DVD and XBOX), I am in no rush.
