Seems like a bad idea. They will "verify" the quality of uploaded games. Using which criteria? Their development milestones system seems to be like some publishers do and negates the whole early access deal. Moreover who will enforce those milestones? Their editorial team? Giving refunds for each missed milestones seems like a terrible idea considering how some EA projects and Kickstarter project went and I actually means good game by this.
EDIT: Also 11k pounds with 29 backers... yeah they thrown their own money in there right.
RE7 is pretty good, im like 4 hours in or so. Not really scary. I guess expecting anything anytime helps. Or that Ive played so many horror games and seen so many horror movies it's difficulty for me to get scared.
Outlast f.ex. wasn't scary at all, in any way, I was actually dissapointed in how little scary it was. The most scary time was actually the first 10-15 min when entering the house.

Never said anything at all that he's wrong to enjoy it? Just mentioning that the game becomes not scary after awhile.
I used to love Resident Evil back in the old PlayStation days. RE4 was the last one I ended up playing, but 7 is intriguing, especially given all of the positive impressions I'm reading everywhere. I'll throw it on my wishlist and hope to get it cheap some day as my gaming time is spoken for until summer at least. I could actually get through 2017 without buying anything new and still not run out, but where's the fun in that?

This makes all the difference from the (rather short, but still) time I've played it, seriously. Like, you don't go guns blazing into a room even in R6, but in SWAT you're not even allowed to shoot unless you absolutely have to. You scream something like "Police! Hands up!" and only shoot if you see enemies resisting. You have to handcuff everyone, just in case one of the hostages is a disguised terrorist, because that happens. You are judged on not only every unneeded casualty, but even things like reports to TOC and securing suspects' weapons.
And IIRC nothing changes between difficulty levels, except for the scoring requirements. Elite difficulty requires you to beat a mission with a 95/100 score.

Second one is apparently just as good - but the game failed miserably due to the lack of any real marketing effort at all from what I can tell.
When you click the button, make sure it has the Valve secure thing in your browser (in chrome you can click that green text to be super sure. If you were already logged in on Steam on the web, you shouldn't even need to enter your password. All steam provide is a unique identifier for you. That site will then ask for your email - rule of thumb - always provide a crappy email you can expect spam from just incase. This site in particular though is legit. Got my key without issue.
