Holy shit, has anyone actually checked out the official Ubisoft forum? First time visiting and I'm greeted with these amazing threads:

http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.php/191-General-Discussion

They do hide these away from the first page though.

"And therein lies the point. Recent Chinese laws force Blizzard to disclose the exact odds of receiving each class of item in a loot box, but if Blizzard can claim that they’re selling players credits instead, and merely bundling loot boxes with the transaction as a free ‘gift’, then the loot boxes become exempt from that law."

This is very scummy from Blizzard tbh

Scorpion Lady is the first boss that is giving me some trouble (well, aside from the Pursuer).
Though she does feel like a cheap Quelaag knockoff.

Dont buy a headset, but good headphones and a detachable mic.

ATH-M50s are nice in that pricerange.

This is what I mean by non-gaming...well I thought. I searched for headphones and headsets on google and I got the same "best gaming headsets" with a bunch of software 7.1 with mic sets...heh

Which I don't want heh. I don't mind dropping up to 150. I live in Taiwan though so product availability may differ.

I thought I read that Prey bombed sales wise and that "immersive sims" dont sell. I am glad it didnt though, it was well worth my day 1 money.

It's really a shame that Dragon Quest Heroes II didn't sell very well. Obviously it's a KT game so I assume the PC port was garbage, but at least it arrived day one alongside it's console counterpart.

This figure doesn't really change Prey being a commercial failure. Dishonored 2 launched on Nov 11 2016 and by the end of the month had 307,022 ±14,639 owners. Despite Prey having better WoM and not-a-mess of a PC version, it's currently at 257,412 ±15,533.

Besides, it seems Prey tanked harder than D2 on consoles so even a relative over-performance of the PC version isn't going to change the bottom line business-wise.

Another interesting game came out of early access today:

I haven't played it myself but it looks like a good shoot-em-up if you're into that kind of thing.

Yeah the port was not great. Also I'm thinking it didn't do well on PS4 as well. It didn't show up on NPD top 20 at all and didnt show up in the UK top 40 sales chart on release week either.

seems like the lord and saviour denuvo didnt help much and it got pretty much same sales as usual Kekmo ports ... i guess its the combination of barebones ports and high prices

Well that is ok number but not great for AAA game. Also game deserved way more.

But the 260k sales is from Steam alone. What about Xbox and PS with their bigger installed user bases? Combined sales probably total up to 750k-1mil (might be exaggerating).

It may have done better on the pc than it did on consoles. I know performance wise, it was a bit of a wreak on both ps4 and Xbox one.

I would be really surprised that a game that requires multiple VR rigs to play would sell well.
