So, where do I go to ask questions about the performance of certain games on PC?

I'm looking at Batman: Arkham City GOTY Edition from the humble sale and was wondering how it performs before I buy.

I have an R9 390 if that matters.

A 390 will max out AC, no problem. Except for the Nvidia PhysX stuff.

I wish the AI did something, anything in that game. Last night I loaded my save and simulated nearly 100 years of gameplay and absolutely nothing happened. Pretty much the whole galaxy has been colonized, people mostly hate each other, there are alliances.. and there's been 0 wars. Nothing seems to happen unless the player instigates first. That's the problem though, I'm happy with my civilization, no desire to attack my neighbours because I'm friends with them so I guess we are all waiting for some big late game events. I wonder how many hundred years more until those start to happen.

yeah, i'm not a big fan of how little u interact with other factions, or interact in general

there's like little guidance of how well you're doing or what you need to do or what exactly ur win conditions are (i think there's a screen for that but i forgot where it was heh, which i guess is my fault but it doesn't feel super present)

and you're upgrading ur tech and researching shit and colonizing and whatever but it feels such a lonely thing and your options for diplomacy are really limited to the point that interacting with other factions doesn't seem like it's worth the while

not a big fan of the game, i think i'll stick with civ 5 :/

I don't think the D3D11 renderer received all of the post-release support it was in dire need of, but the D3D9 renderer was fine even on launch day.

yea, i use that cup holder to hold my usbs so they're not all over the floor. its a pretty good desk, got it for like 80 bucks or something.

Looks like Albino Lullaby is a bit in trouble.

Ep2 has been delayed from Jan 2016 to September 2016 because they don't have a way to fund it's development currently.

They're trying to push it with VR support and maybe an eventual Kickstarter. They'll be offering refunds if they can't find a way to secure it's completion.

KRZ seems to make steady progress at least. The devs of those games probably plan that the sales of the first episodes will be able to fund the later ones. And if that doesn't happen they're screwed. It's a rather risky business plan i feel.
