Marlow Briggs was a large disappointment and your spoiler is backwards in my experience.

The cheesy writing can be funny at first, but it quickly becomes stale... lack of boss fights (there might be about 3, but 2 of them are kind of throwaway, only the final encounter actually lived up to what I expected from a game like this...) and extremely repetitive gameplay don't do it any favors either. It never felt like I was going anywhere or had any purpose either, just "oh, let me find my way to the next arena with the same enemies i fought 8346 times already".

You could buy worse for the $1 that it normally runs during sales, but it's definitely not anything special or worth the praise some of the posters in here lavish upon it (IMO, of course. ;) ).

Only uPlay ties I have are from linking my Ubi games on PS3/4. Origin's much the same deal, but I actually have games on Origin.

Tales from the Borderlands was great, I really enjoy this universe.

Makes me pine for a BL3 even more now.

Meh, might as well use my groupees coin on that, now worth $7. The only bundles that cost more than $2.5 on pre-order are the visual novel ones, and I don't play them very often. Plus, there was that rumor that groupees were not paying the devs. Maybe they're in financial trouble.

I backed Project Scissors but those latest images released are really making it clear that it's also a mobile game for fuck knows what reason. Still, Nude Maker have made some great games and I love Clock Tower so hopefully it turns out well even if it doesn't have a Clock Tower 3 level budget.

the game is more boring than god of war which I didn't think was possible when it's trying to clone god of war

I'll probably get the Gold Edition of AC Syndicate off Nuuvem next month...it'll be $38 and since that's not much more than what the standard edition is going for I'll just go that route so I'll have the whole thing

It was always unlikely. People have a tendency to bring up AssCreed Unity, unaware of or ignoring the fact that the situations aren't alike.
