I started playing Revelaitions last night and while I like it a lot more than I expected (somehow) goddamn aren't the enemies silly.
"Burr, I am an actual enemy from Resident Evil: Revelaitions HD Super Deluxe"
Also the story is super cheesy so far (EP1 just) even on Resident Evil scale
Blobfish is best fish though. How can you hate an enemy that looks like that?

I've wanted Vlad the Impaler to be bundled for a while now, nice. It just sounded far too short to actually be worth the price they're asking for on Steam.
Must resist the urge to buy Sakura Spirit for the eventual gold mine in cards it will be. I'm really tempted on Claire though.

It's a very unusual change of pace when you look at the game as a whole. I didn't mind it, but it is extremely linear and boring on subsequent playthroughs. You should be fine on your first run.
The idea of the Fade is really cool, and it's unfortunate that DAO killed the chances for a more in-depth exploration of the Fade.

For those having doubts on Danmaku Unlimited 2, it's freaking awesome as well. Put 5 hours in the Steam version but many many more when I pre-ordered it DRM-free.
The scoring system takes a bit to get used to and, to proficiently score a bunch, it's strict as hell (

read me well: one hit and you may as well restart, it's a stage-long/game-long chain a la DoDonPachi, a rather baffling decision compared to Crimzon Clover star madness
it's a terrible section, it's not so bad but nothing you want to do again. For me I think it's more to do with the pacing with the mages tower than anything because you get stuck in the fade half way through a dungeon.

Same here. People kept going on about how awful the Fade was, but it seemed fine to me as dungeons go (and had some sweet stat boosts, too).

Since I'm playing the game on easy to help me get the game and some other games completed before the new stuff comes out this year like Middle Earth and Civ, it might mean it's not as bad for me.
danmaku unlimited 2 is good, difficulty level is just right, bullet patterns are easy to read, and fun to dodge, music is amazing and the visuals are clean and pretty.
Crimzon clover is ok, haven't played other games.

Maybe if Andrew didn't limit EA games to Origin, people would purchase EA games more routinely. Gabe seemed open to having EA in Steam OS, so perhaps they should look at working with Valve for the first time since 2011.

Its weird how they still haven't come back to steam. I can't see using the Uplay route would affect them that much.

Yeah, the Dwarven section of DAO was a real letdown compared to the rest.
I really wish DA2 hadn't burned me so bad, 'cuz it would have been great to play DAI as a Qunari.

That's a pretty weak flash bundle, only two games in the $1 tier, and one had a lot of copies given away for free not that long ago.

THey haven't even fixed it yet, have they? So it'll still have all those issues, yeah.
I mean, it's like a port of a port of a port. The original DX on PC was a port, then they ported the PC version of DX for the console HD release, then ported that version back to PC for the rerelease we have now.

OOOH THANK GOD!! you were right. I activated both copies of the complete version right now. Really was worried that I just wasted my cash there. next time I buy a russian copy of a game I'll just add it to my library the second I get it(I'll ask my seller first of course in case I don't have the money atm)
It's a weird situation. If they did return to Steam, I imagine they would see decreased sales via Origin but a large increase via Steam. However the cut Valve take would probably balance everything out to maybe only a slight increase in profit. I'm sure they'd rather try and change their outward appearance and win fans over to their service so they can have the best of both.
Personally I don't buy EA games because I can't stand the majority of their prices, but more importantly don't have faith in the service to feel like I can invest in it. They have yet to demonstrate to me that the service, and their games for that matter, can be reliable consistently

Some parts like the first section of Windy Valley run worse than the Dreamcast game.

EA has one of the more successful F2P MMOs in TOR. Surprising as that may be, EA will be motivated to keep Origin separate for that reason alone.
Just finished Typing of the Dead's main campaign, it was the most "motherfucking" crazy shit I've ever played, lol
Very fun game but I suck at it. I really should improve my typing skills.
Regarding the final boss, at first I was being destroyed but then I noticed that typing anything would also shoot so it ended up being the easiest boss.
