Also what does the (NE) mean?
Language lists on store pages are app-based. There's nothing Squeenix can do about excluded languages "erroneously" appearing, hence the clarification in the description.

Okay, so FF13 on Steam is official. They finally announced it.
And priced it lower than the iOS port of Final Fantasy IV and costs the same as 7 and 8.
What the hell, Square. I'm not complaining about the low price of this title. That's a really great gesture. But why are the others still so expensive? I can't wrap my head around it.
I feel like buying it immediately, because of the low price. Can't say the same about FF3 and 4.

I'm not even that big of a fan (Liked them well enough though)
But them coming to steam is huge for me. Especially because of what it means for the future.

Yeah I just tried mine which I apparently forgot to use and now it won't work. :/ That sucks. I was interested in trying it at some point but guess I won't now.

The only graphics option you have is changing the resolution. Battles run at low fps (lower than the field gameplay), and they also run at a different aspect ratio (black bars on the sides of the screen during battles). It feels like they literally just ran the DS version through an emulator.

It's only a matter of time until we get a Humble Jumbo Final Fantasy Super Mega Ultra Edition Complete Bundle.
It may cost $15 to get all of them, but that's about what I'd be willing to pay.

The row sub is not locked, so russians will be able to get with through the cart exploit. Traders will be selling it for like 5 keys.
.... why not? It guarantees more support for the PC and it makes other titles being ported a lot more likely. Stop with the blind hate and realize that this is a good thing.
