Yes, and it happens in Ghost Recon as well (which also has a separate install process).
Looks like it runs fine when you Alt+Enter to take it out of full screen. But when I take it back to fullscreen I get 640x480. Tried manually changing user.ini to reflect my resolution and refresh rate.
I can't even get the original RS to run at all.

Yea i figured, windows 10 still needs work. Some games have this issue and some have terrible framerate compared to windows 7.

Nah it never does this for me on windows 7 at all. Windows 10 has multiple issues, it's honestly a terrible os for gaming right now. Some games are in a forced window and you cannot force it to full, some have worst framerate,some flicker like he posted and much more.

I have it on, I've only had to use it a few times but it's handy when the time comes.
EDIT: And on other MGSV news, the gold arm that you get for pre-ordering or from GZ looks kind of crappy, it doesn't even have the cool Seiko watch on it.

Well I'm really loving MGS so far. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the open world aspect though. It's a great game, but it doesn't really FEEL like a MGS game yet.
I do know it's made by Hideo Kojima though.

I'll probably turn it on if the game gets to frustrating without but so far I've had no issues, just got to be more cautious, which is fun in its own way since its a stealth game and all.

So I see that the Starpoint Gemini games and Gemini Wars are both published by Iceberg Interactive, but they have different developers. Are the Starpoint games and Gemini Wars related in any way?

yeah maybe laterWell I've played just over an hour and 40% of the gameplay has been driving about and the rest has been on foot combat and exploring. The driving doesn't feel much like driving either as the cars are super heavy and made to smash into everything along with a lot of slomo while aiming and doing combos.
The views are super pretty and it pulls off the post apocalyptic setting of Mad Max wonderfully. That said there is a lot of sand to look at and rusty scrapThe strongholds have been varied though so far which is nice.
I would stay clear for now in your case as it is a super open worldy game with lots of percentage bars that need filling up. I struggle to leave a stronghold without 100% it >.<
