A lot of it is self-explanatory if you Google minor technical terms you don't understand (like different kinds of AA, etc).

"Unlocking" the FPS means putting it at 60.

Honestly i'd just ditch that and get the normal version from Durante's blog

Ah, I wonder if you might be better off just using the official dsfix. All you do is edit an .ini file and all the options are explained within it.

Erm, I just tried to save my settings on DSfix ~ Morten242 Visual Tool, and got "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Ordered Metro at 9:39pm. Canadian CC and gave them a US address. I fully expect to get cancelled at this point but there's always hope

I may be wrong about this but I'm pretty sure that you cannot.

I've won keys from promotions before and all it would let me do is add to my list of games. To give it away I had to just e-mail the steam code to someone.

My Metro ordered was canceled, my heart is crushed :( Was really looking forward to playing it too

Payed with credit card from Canada and they said they couldnt verify my information
