It's an amazing game in its own right and this is coming from someone who wasn't a fan of the prior games. I hear people that liked the prior games enjoyed it, as well.

Its from the same guys as Deponia, but my favourite game by them. The main characters voice is unfortunately a bit annoying, but the world is very charming and enchanting evoking the old Sierra charme, with fiendishly difficult puzzles later on and a great conclusion to the game. You could always wait if it gets a daily deal, but keep it in mind for the last day purchases. One of my favourite "recent" adventure games. Its also the only game I can remember that me, my gf and my sister each played through, all within a week.

No worries, I've decided it's finally time to double dip on Mirror's Edge.

It doesn't go on sale as low but Origin and maybe other stores have the time trial dlc available that is not on steam. If you are a huge fan.

yeah, you're not alone. There's some really rad stuff out there. Machinarium, Lone Survivor have pretty chilling soundtracks.

I'll play Devil's advocate. Fun or not (and the opening is great), you are better off getting sleeping dogs because it makes SR3 look like a NES game.

If you do want retro fun, San Andreas is still better for me.

I can almost agree with this.

Sleeping Dogs is probably the best sandbox game this gen (until GTA 5 is an actual thing you can buy). Saints Row 3 shouldn't be missed though, especially at 5 dollars.

personally I feel sleepy dogs lasted only a few hours before turning dull. sr3 was with a few exceptions
