Nope, you have to put the money on the table.
What happened to that 10% off Toki Tori 2 coupon? Is it supposed to stack on top of the sale? I don't seem to have one
After you have spent 7$ in it, yes
Seriously? (><)
Can't say is it sarcasm or not, sorry

Just start them all up and alt+tab out of them.
What's the Pinball like? I was thinking of getting the Star Wars one.
Ok, let's try this modbot thing again, I hope it works now. If it doesnt, let me know again and i'll drop you a PM.
form my perspective the Longest Journey (if you like adventure games) and Recettear (if you like fun)
I played some of Lara Croft &GoL, it's not bad too.
Yet to play DoD
not interested in Deponia or Pinball

Not much. Civ 5 and football manager 2013 have cards. Rest is as per steam right now
Going by your avatar I think you should. Just don't expect realistic flippers, Pinball FX is very over the top and flashy, especially the SW tables but all three are good imo. Start with Clone Wars, that's the easiest while Boba Fett takes a while to master.
If you owned it before it went free you can idle away. Otherwise you need to spend money to get drops.
otherwise it would be free money
Yep. Just as every FTP game that has cards. You need to have spent a certain amount to get the cards
As a matter of fact i love adventure and point & click games, so after Lara Croft i will try The Longest Journey. Hope it's as good as the golden classics Monkey Island, Police Quest series, Indy Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Space Quest etc etc (i could go on forever).. Those were the days.

Deponia is also a point & click adventure game, but I've never played it so who knows if it's any good.As a matter of fact i love adventure and point & click games, so after Lara Croft i will try The Longest Journey. What's wrong with free money? (><)
if a game is free already
So far i managed to buy:
Deponia
Dungeons of Dredmor
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
The Longest Journey
Pinball FX 2 /w a table (Epic Quest)
Recettear
Never played any of these before. Which one is worth playing?
Just to make a quick recommendation for Thomas Was Alone. Really fun puzzle-plat former. Not very challenging, but with interesting different mechanics at play. Good soundtrack and narration and an engaging story which was surprising giving the genre and the characters presentation (geometric figures). It's already at a pornographic price so I don't think it will decrease further from that.
youd get a game for free, then idle for cards, sell cards, repeat with 1000 alt accounts, get rich, valve gets nothing
Hi gaf, so what's the concensus on Toki Tori 2? Buy it now or wait for a cheaper price in the winter sale? I have a small budget for this saleand I would like to be sure it's really worth the current price.
Valve gets a cut of the cards you sell on the market.

Well, they'd get 15%, but having an infinite supply of free cards might mess up that whole "and demand" equation.youd get a game for free, then idle for cards, sell cards, repeat with 1000 alt accounts, get rich, valve gets nothing

Does idling in menus work for cards?
Also, can you idle more than one game at a time and get cards for all?
Yes, you can idle in menus. Just have the game running and no you can't run multiple games at the same time on steam.

yeah but in this case theyd still be losing
Blah. Still can't get myself to buy Don't Starve. That 40% off just doesn't scream buy.

I've been waiting on Fallout New Vegas:Ultimate for what seems forever. Do you think 40% off the best I can hope for?

You can't run multiple games at the same time and get cards for them. Except when you can. It hasn't been consistent lately. That's wrong - I am running Civ5, Bastion and Skyrim simultaneously right now.
no, wait for the daily saleI've been waiting on Fallout New Vegas:Ultimate for what seems forever. Do you think 40% off the best I can hope for?

If it's a daily/flash deal or community choice, a good chance it'll be 60%-75% off.I've been waiting on Fallout New Vegas:Ultimate for what seems forever. Do you think 40% off the best I can hope for?
