The only relevance to the last day of the sale is for games that were NOT featured as daily or community sales, buy them on the last day because obviously if they were never featured, their full-sale-length deal is as good as it gets

Is anyone else getting the message "Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company."? There's no reason for either of my cards to be declined, and I've retried a couple of times with both, but no luck.
