I choose to believe the person that told me the new gameplay elements are mostly superficial.

I CHANGED THE MOSAIC
People are complaining that they didn't find their Avatar, so I made a couple changes and posted a log file along with it: You can now find your Avatar, as long as you know the name of the filename used for it.

ALL AVATARS I MANAGED TO GRAB WERE USED. If you want to know where is your avatar, you need to know it's filename WITHOUT IT'S EXTENSION (right click your avatar and save it) and this list will tell you where it was used According to that report, my avatar (avatar_gaf.jpg) was only used once. All avatars were converted to .JPG.
No repeats Mosaic (if your avatar is not here, it wasn't used - I'm not sure why now):

It's a little janky but I loved it in all of its budget title glory. Spent 200 hours with it, I did. And the devs are really cool dudes who added a ton to the game post-release. Not just new maps and modes, but patching in new AI behaviors and places for them to come from and tweaking stages based on feedback taken from heat maps and watching streams for player tactics. And then they added in the hidden overdrill stuff which took the community a while to discover using hints located in-game.
Not for everyone but it's way more than meets the eye.
