Is arcade edition likely to be the last SFIV release? I've wanted to get into SFIV for a while but can't deal with their release structure. I just want to have a multiplayer community in a year or two there.

Do you like frenetic FPS games with no story, some fun guns, huge difficulty and varied enemies?

If yes, then buy it.

If you don't like games in the style of Painkiller or the original Doom or Quake, then skip it.

I thought it took a while to get going and overstayed it's welcome at the end. But the 10 hours in between were typical crazy Serious Sam-fun.

Ok, so. I live in Brazil. There's the fabled Paypal tax down here. You can't "gift" me money to the paypal account. You have to pay the taxes (which are usually between 7% and 10%. As in, you need to add 7-to-10% to whatever amount you would want to send me).

I would also need the funds before hand.

With that said, Rockstar shit is cheaper down here. So is Mafia 2.

Mafia 2 is $5.61 here, as opposed to $7.50
Currently, Max Payne 3 is $30.14 here, as opposed to $40.19

Yes - they already rebalanced the Arcade Edition via a patch (ver. 2012), so that may happen in the future again. In any case, no more retail releases / DLC characters.

Mafia II is a good game, but it kinda falls short as open ended world (nothing to do in reality except main missions). Also plot lost weight and becomes a bit dull by the end of the game.In the good side oozes good ambientation and the shooting and car driving is better than GTA IV.

7/10 for me.
