Not necessarily. The Mass Effect games don't have controller support on PC, and they are also available on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U (well, only ME3 is on the latter, because EA).

Yes. Publishers have put a RU-specific game on pre-order with no restrictions and before the game coming out flipped on the region locking.

I think people raged and eventually the region lock flag was turned back off. JaseC was affected by it, I think.

But you can also add it to your uplay account. that shouldn't be affected by steam. or does the uplay game require steam to play?

I don't actually know, but I would think that no, uplay doesn't care.

EDIT: Amazing derExperte gave me a copy free of charge. I was out of luck for not being here to grab this game and he was very kind to provide me a copy. As someone who got Child of Light on console this was to be my upcoming purchase since I've been following all the Dev Diares and derExperte made all this very easy.

Most wanted 1 key per copy before the error was fixed, there's no way a bunch haven't hoarded copies so better act quick. Going by this thread fellow GAFfers are still finding copies for a key here and there.

Endless Space is a lovely Master of Orion clone. It has some of its own ideas, such as the space lanes and blockades, but at its core it's MoO. That's a good thing, as MoO is still one of the finest 4x games ever made. The AI in the expansion borders on cheap, however you can switch back to the original AI by turning off the expansion.

I'm not sure how it'll run on your laptop. It's not very intense, graphically. It's probably less intense than Civ 5 in terms of horsepower. So go ahead and grab it.
