Yeah, if the four-pack gift sub has the AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting flag, a ROW user unpacking it will make the gift copies region-free. Also, it's not possible to open a four-pack if you own the game, so having someone else do it means they get three copies back at a cheaper price than if having bought them individually.

A lot of them already own the game, so they need someone to open the 4 pack and trade back the other 3. They'll often offer the person opening the pack a cheaper price and the go on to trade the other 3 at a mark up.

I don't know where you live, but it's also used in Poland and the Czech Republic.
As it's SP-only there's no need to activate the game to play it.

Not really. I didn't use it for a week back when I made it, and I still had the 184x184 Steam avatar for it sitting around, so I decided to give it its time in the spotlight.

This was well before I caught the collecting bug and racing games aren't really my cup of tea, so I've no idea why I bought it, but I'm certainly glad I did.
Yes, if you don't own the game already. I think there are even a few notable mods that required the UE.
Marlow Briggs is way better than Junk Shooter, fact.

What DLCs for Kingdoms of Amalur are worth it?
Teeth of Naros and Legend of Dead Kel are two mini-expansions each set in their own unique regions; the weapons and armour bundle is just that (a collection of items that quickly become worthless).

Marlow Briggs is a good game and has the benefit of featuring a positive black protagonist. There are even rumors of a mod that will replace his love interest, Eva, with Saoirse Ronan.
