Yes, they come up quite a lot. Then again, PvZ was just on sale a few weeks ago, with more off if I remember correctly.

EDIT: It wasn't cheaper actually, it's 1p cheaper now.

I'll probably just get PvZ then. I don't have too much interest in HL anyway (not now at least).

OK, Darksiders seems to have the console video options with the additional ability to change the resolution and toggle v-sync.

The 360 controller support is enabled by default, mine was plugged in when I booted the game up and I could use it immediately.

It looks like Dreamfall supports only Windows XP.

Longest Journey works fine on Windows 7, but there is not Steam overlay. Haven't tried Dreamfall yet.

Dude this isn't Gamestop, they add entries for both games to your library and would likely remove both if you jumped through the hoops it takes to cancel a pre-order on Steam.

I thought it was worth the price of admission just for the spell mechanic, but I found it frustrating in the later levels when I was playing solo. The checkpoints are far apart so it can get very frustrating in the tougher parts when you're dying often. It would probably be easy with co-op partners, by it's a bit overwhelming on your own.

Magicka is fucking frustrating, its so random. Fighting some snake boss in the second chapter and I keep killing myself, even with it being lined up just like the other 4 attempts I hit him with.

I want to enjoy this game, but it's so goddamn frustrating.

Magicka DLC bought, BFBC2 complete bought. Would go for Fable III were it 75% off, but it's out of my sale price range right now. Maybe for the winter sale. Would like Darksiders as well, but I played it already on X Box so it's not a priority. Will probably buy in the future. One of my problems with the console version was the poor frame rate. On the fence for Horde and AvP. Own the rest except for Football Manager, which I'm assuming will be too time consuming to make my other purchases worthwhile.
