Have a few of these games already from previous sales, so it's a money saving day. Just buying Deus Ex 1. Never played it before, so I'll add it to my asap must plays.

I think that's fairly likely.

I grabbed Beat Hazard Complete and the two Civ5 double packs. I liked the Ghengis Kahn scenario so I figure at least one of the four packs should be worthwhile. At the very least it gets me back into Civ5.

Same. I have very little interest in NFS, but I loved Hot Pursuit when I was a kid, so it's annoying that it's only discounted if you buy six other racing games you'll never play.

Actually, I might be better off getting the whole Need for Speed pack and calling it a day. $34.99 for the whole thing isn't terribly bad.

I don't think I'll ever play Shift 1 though.

The King Arthur price is wrong on the main page at least for me. It's 4.50 for the complete pack. (Mine was showing 33% off not 85%)

Can't see Dirt 3, Lost Planet 2, SSFIVAE, Dead Rising 2, etc. Basically, all the newer games that require GFWL. Apparently, Microsoft won't sell you games if Live is not supported in your country.

I was able to get SSFIVAE because someone gifted it to me but I can't even access the steam page to check when it's released.

I'm a little confused as to how I can get all of the Guild Wars content.

Can I just get the Trilogy plus Eye of the North and have it all? Is there anything in the GOTY version that I'd be missing?

Completely disagree with this. 10 dollars is too much for it considering how old it is, but the SP is pretty fucking good. The MP still holds up if you haven't played MW2/CoDBlops there just needs to be more people playing it. I'd move it into the "meh" category.

COD4's MP is much better than MW2's. Haven't played blops because MW2 was bad enough to put me off of the series forever.

Nothing for me today. Kinda hoping that continues as a trend, I've got at least another $50 to spend on titles that are discounted but may not even get their own daily deal.

There is one enemy that has cloaking, but no, absolutely no jump scares. The games horror comes purely from the setting and atmosphere.

If COD4's sp was so good, how was MW2's sp so atrocious? even BC2's sp was better

If you wanted Shift 2 the pack is a slap in the face. Otherwise the EA sale had better prices on the other games. During the EA sale if you bought all three games it came out to only $24.29. The prices were better for EA week than the summer sale :(. I'm glad I pick up Hot Pursuit when I did.

Looks like my wallet is safe for another day. Might pick up Beat Hazard DLC and that's about it. Everything else I have or have no interest in. This sale is really underwhelming. They had much better prices on games throughout the year than they do now...
