So is Dungeons just someone going "well, there was never a Dungeon Keeper 3... so here ya go!"

Is it good?
No. It's terrible.

So how is Star Wars Empire At War?

Im more interested in the singleplayer campaign, is it any good?
It's decent fun. It's not super complex, but if you're a Star Wars fan there's enough strategy there to keep you entertained. Just don't expect a brilliant AI or anything.

speaking of which which dlcs are worth it?

I'll be honest, I've hardly played JC2 since buying it :/ definitely going to fix that soon, though. But for the price, I don't think any of the DLCs would be too bad a purchase. Hopefully someone who's put more time into the game can comment.

Any opinions on the Might and Magic Pack?

HoMM 5 isn't the best of the series, but it's a quality game for the price if you enjoy that type of game at all. Plus the Expansions really make it shine.

Its the story of the campaign presented interestingly, with videos, characters and all that?
If its only jumping from mission to mission Im not really interested.

I remember someone mentioning how at the end of the summer sale, they have a day where they bring back some of the best price cuts they had during the entire sales period. Any truth to that?

33% discount on Black Ops. Oh Activision

This is the summer sale. I know Witcher 2 was only 33% off, but that's been out for what, a month?

Oh lovely no servers running the new version of TF2 which added that achievement.

I hit quick play or whatever, picked CTF, got into a room, and had the ticket within 2 minutes.

Second day and the only thing I've bought is Civ 5 off of Gamersgate UK. If this keeps up, I'll definitely be able to afford the tell tale pack.

That's usually how the last day goes. Sort of a "Greatest Hits" type deal.

Day 1: Lead & Gold - 1.50$
Day 2: Hamilton's Great Adventure - 5.00$

There are easily a few more games I could grab but I could easily buy the Paradox Strategy Pack or the Telltale Complete Pack at the end of the sale so I'm trying to pace the purchases.

Everyone laugh at Scar's tiny list!

I'd post mine but the screenshot would be too big.

Yep, they have done it for the past couple of big sales at least. A recap day at the end of the sale with the top selling deals on sale again.

Terreria will probably be a daily deal at some point, right?

I'm holding out for the daily deal. The fact that it's relatively new, and already on sale tells me something. Then again if not I'll just get it for this price at the end of the sale weekend.

I would post an image, but people would be angry at the size.

I'll just post a link to my game's list:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/ex/games

(and no, I have not played 90+ hours of Wings of Prey...the launcher stayed on and it thought I was playing all weekend)

added this to the op, advice from weenerz:

Don't waste your tickets on the Dwarfs?! DLC, if you launch the game, the DLC is there already, you just don't own it unless you buy it with tickets or get all the DLC achievements, it expires on the 22nd, so plenty of time.

They have done this with previous sales, but I don't think they did it last xmas though, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong about that.

I think the HOMM pack might be my first purchase of this sale. I don't really expect to get to it anytime soon, but I can't really see the game going all that much cheaper, and even if it does go for $2.50 someday, I'm willing to pay that price to have the option to play it sooner if I want.

Ya, you'd really need a huge monitor to get all my games in one shot. Maybe I should just take multiple shots and splice em together?

I only had the Orange Box until like this time last year. "PC gaming is for suckers!" How foolish I was, lol

At least all my games have been played! Apart from the two I just bought. And Hitman. Hitman is too hard. D:

Thaks. Already have San Andreas and JC2. Looks like nothing today for me.

Except Civ 5 from GG @ $11 :O

There's some CG videos and tons of voice acting. The campaign missions all have a logical progression from what I remember. It's not super long and the graphics haven't aged well, but I think it's well worth the price.

I fully anticipate a 50% daily deal for Terraria.

Told myself I will only buy one game a day from Daily Deal if there is a good one.

So far:
Day One - Reccetear: An Item Shop's Tale
Day Two - Heroes of Might and Magic V pack

So far, so good...

Is Heroes 5 pack worth it if I have King's Bounty I haven't played much of yet? It seems fun for the 2 or so hours I have played of it, and am hoping for Armored Princess and it's expansion to go on a deeper sale. Not sure If i should also get this Heroes 5 pack, as it seems to get a lot of praise and a full game + 2 expansions is a lot of content for $5.

That's an amazing deal, but I decided to hold off when I remembered that I still 3 Civ 4 expansions that I haven't even touched yet. I don't need any more Civ for now.

Anyways, I decided Black Ops would be a waste even though I want the game. Activision could be a bit more reasonable with their pricing ($25 maybe), I would be in, but I could buy a lot of games with that $37.

So I didn't have Shogun 2 installed and I want the ticket, so started downloading it, saw it was 15gb and figured it was a lost cause, but it's going 3.0mb/s, am I lucky or is Steam faster for everyone?
