Nightmare in North Point and the Zodiac Tournament are the only two pieces of content-expanding DLC. The rest is just fluff (character skins/outfits, money/experience, and so on).

Just gifted it to a buddy. Man, what a surprise. I just bought Dead Space 2 for myself as the last game, didn't see it go any lower than that(10$) so seeing that Sleeping Dogs was a good surprise, got it yesterday for 16$. So no biggie.
