How expensive is the Zodiac-DLC for Sleeping Dogs?

In Germany you can not buy any of the DLC. Just wonder how much the Zodiac DLC is right now (the original price).

So twice in the last 24 hours I have put an on-sale game in my cart and then come back to buy it before the timer with the game ran out yet found a new price with a new sales timer. Is it normal for Steam to replace sales before their timers run out?

EDIT: Specifically I had KotOR with 26 hours left, came back a couple hours later to find a higher price, and Patrician IV which had 1 hour 50 min left and I came back 40 min later to find again a much higher price.

Not surprising. Four copies would net you near $200 worth of contributor credits, and would bump me up to $500 dollars in contributions.

But that's shady, I'd rather gift away the copies to friends who really want them instead of taking advantage of the system.

Can't you just buy it and put it in your inventory for later use? Should work since you should be able to gift the game to someone else, right?

It's a pricing error, 91% is approx. 75% off of the current 66% off. It definitely was a stacked deal.
