And they will almost not be held accountable. Well, maybe they will since it's only for small retail investors. They could make an example of them and teach the plebs to stay out of the market (on their own at least).

I took a risk on MIK hoping it gets some anti-short action.

Asshole CIBC. They have a notice saying volatile markets and disrupted service. Couldn't get trading for 10 minutes. Wanted to buy MIK at -20 cents, ended up buying at +10 cents by the time I got in.

It's insane that a service that lets you take out margin to buy calls is calling investing in stuff like GME/AMC/NOK "too risky" and is stopping buys for the good of the plebs. Fucking two-faced slimeballs.
