That very much depends on the person you are talking to.I play other fighting games, and have been shitting on sf4 for years for having a nothing story. Not to mention the bunches of more casual folk who play that sort of stuff.

Probably says a lot about why people play this game as compared to other games, doesn't it. Almost like some people care more about specific content in this genre than other games?
Oh, and btw, it's launching with a story mode in tact and adding a more involved one later down the line.

Who's the artist for this game? Realized for a series as long as this and in games in general, one I know about most of the composers, but I know nothing of the person of people creating the look of this game.

If Amazon is still handing out codes, you can preorder, get your code, and then cancel since they don't charge until the game ships.

I would believe that, but the model seems to be of a much higher quality than the other regular soldiers. He could also be a new character to the series, but I don`t think they would hide his face for a regular military dude.

It is like every other SF... you have the story mode (arcade mode) plus the 2 players offline mode.
Maybe some modes like training or trials.
Stop to try to say we are getting less because it is not... the whole thing of cinematic story is something new in SF games.

Nash and Bison in the cave of the NZ stage. I'm pretty sure at this point there are more transitions that they just haven't been showing since some stages have hints of it and this second room seems to modeled.

Maybe I'm mis-remembering Street Fighter IV's launch, but isn't this game going to ship with around the exact same amount of content as that? I only remember a crappy "arcade mode" where you fought a few random fights, then your rival, then got to see an ending. I certainly don't remember a big story mode. Then there was the online (ranked and unranked), trails, and vs.....right?

Also nice to see Capcom recognize that most people would rather play the game first and get the "real" story a bit later.
It's also good for people who aren't really interested in multiplayer. If they pick it up at launch and fall off, it'll hopefully have them coming back

It's a competitive multiplayer game. The fact that it's getting a story mode period is a bonus.

For casual joe trying to ease into SF series and not have a story mode to dick with is a huge turn off to drop $60.00 on release.
Even if it does come later free that's still not a good sign to withhold.
I'm actually eager to see AngryJoe review this. He'll shit on them hard for this kind of decision.
For me personally I don't give a big shit because it's all about the MP for me, but even then I enjoy doing the story mode/arcade modes when the game first releases to unlock titles, colors, etc.

Based on what, clothing? Not even the hairstyle is the same and it's not like blonde Russian girls are a rarity. The Judgement girls have never been relevant in terms of story so it makes no sense for her to be one.
