So how fast are matches coming in?

soon as im done with 1 match I generally have to wait 30-45 seconds before it picks up another player.

I remember how easy the win trophies were in vanilla SFIV. Then by the time Ultra was out on PC, I couldn't get them again. I got rusty.

So, what's up with shadows on PS4? I'm usually not picky about graphics but this needs to be fixed asap. Otherwise what a gorgeous game.

The dithering has been terrible since the beta. Unfortunately, it looks like they kept the awful quality. I'll be picking it up on a Steam sale for sure.

This is really my first time experiencing a fighting game launch, and after getting my teeth kicked in 12 times in a row I finally won my first ranked match. Damn this feels good.

Rented the game from redbox, practiced with about 80% of the cast so far. Karin is the coolest, Rashid is the most fun, F.A.N.G is the simplest (and a huge dick).

Things I hate on the execution front
Karin's Kanzuki-Ryu Hokojutsu Seppo has a minuscule window of execution - I can only hit it by wailing on that shit, which doesn't bode well for actual real world use, nor the extremely useful Tenko or Orochi follow ups (I keep hitting her critical art instead).

Any other special with any other character with the same input is easy to use. I would rather them extend the window and make the move slower and cover less ground.

Thank goodness the Gurren Ken V trigger family of moves is easy to use.

Things I hate on the input front
Charge directional inputs. Suck. Ass.
Wanna use Kikoken? lol no
Wanna use spinning bird kick? lol no
Wanna use 75% of F.A.N.G's specials? lol no

how do you check fps on pc?

Shift+Tab > selecting Settings, choosing the In-Game category, and picking a position for the In-Game FPS Counter. Look at the corner of the screen you chose while playing a game and you'll see the FPS counter.

Also, I'm really liking Laura. I think she might be a sub to my Chun. Its been a while since I've wanted to use any other character, but I have to say, her style meshes well with my preference.

I swtiched from my terrible Karin to my equally terrible Ryu. And for some reason I was able to get a 10 win steak with this online scrubby ass Ryu and got to bronze. I'm just going to quit now before I go back to losing constantly.

Are the connectivity issues solved for the Steam version? I tried to queue for a match for around 3 minutes just now and still no opponent. Heading to work now or I'd have tried longer.
