EDIT: More realistically though I'd like to see either a large number of new characters of some we've yet to see in 3D properly like Alex and Sean.

I'll be super disappointed if this ends up being mostly the same roster as 4.

Going from USFIV to vanilla SFV there are probably going to be a lot of cuts, I'm expecting the first release of the game to have 25-30 characters compared to Ultra's 44 characters. I'm hoping that storyline-wise the game takes place after SF3 and skews more towards the SF3 cast than the Alpha end.
