It was actually Zelda: Gaiden first, then "Zelda: Mask of Mujula" (which would've been sooo cool), then "Mask of Majora" and then the last one "Majora's Mask".

I might be wrong, but I'm not sure MM was ever intended for 64DD (that was Ura Zelda, which we eventually got as OoT Master Quest).

That's what I thought but I also seem to remember early screenshots and details of Majora's Mask being refered to as "Gaiden" as it was side story/quest.

Working title of Master Quest was Ura-Zelda. It was always for the 64DD.
