Im just worried that "push" is due to the fact she is in this, that they use that and also play up her Batfamily connection before finally using her as an easy "major" death.
Especially as Katana has almost no future movie use after Suicide Squad, she isn't going to be a member of the Justice League(though that would be nice),
Batman movies aren't going to use her over the 3 Batgirls or Batwoman and finally she doesn't really work for any other League member's settings.

Im feeling they basically use her as a bat character, talk nonestop about her working with Batman(probably even pushed by Batman to volunteer for this) gets killed and maybe gets a single reference in the Batman movie.

He's guessing it's north of $250M. That sounds ludicrous since Ant-Man cost $130M and all but Avengers made $200M or less. That would put the budget up as high as Avengers Age of Ultron. I'm skeptical.

Fury, for it's pretty big name cast, was $68M. I agree with you in that Ayer is not a guy who screams big budget effects heavy director. His budget is hilariously low for the rest of his films too.

It's probably Hugo, in the trailer all of the soldiers in Belle Reve are numbered and Ike is number 1.

Also Fury's budget was $68 Million which had modest CG, which is probably why it looks so good. I don't see Ayer going crazy with the CG for the characters featured in the movie except maybe Enchantress

Based on nothing I still think that this film has a 'real (VFX heavy?) antagonist' that isn't Cara Delevingne's Enchantress.

I don't think that Cara is (at the moment) a strong enough actress to carry the antagonist role in a film like this all by herself. While we know that the Joker is in this film it's clear that he isn't the main obstacle that the team have to contend with.
