I'll always tease Pat about his optimization (especially when it's poor), because that's a thing nerds do: we tease each other about dumb nerdy stuff that doesn't matter at all. The nerdier something is, the more of it you're going to see; if we're talking D&D I'm going to give you all manner of ribbing about your decision to take levels in Bard, whereas if we're talking Overwatch maybe I give you a slight raspberry over your insistence on playing Genji whenever you're down in a match.
That said, don't mistake nerds being nerds for actual problems with the LPs. The Resident Evil 7 and Dark Souls LPs are doing great compared to the state the channel was in, viewership wise, before Liam left. The only content they're producing that isn't pulling down good numbers is Parasite Eve, and even that is basically doubling what Command Mission was consistently sitting at.
I'm not saying people can't have complaints, mind, just that seeing a bunch of nerd-rage in a Dark Souls video and mistakenly thinking there's this huge groundswell of discontent is some real bubbled perception. People love these LPs.
