Araki, when he actually colors things, loves to switch palettes around and not adhere to a realistic or consistent one. It looks awesome. Watching his art evolve through each Part as you read is pretty cool too.

Looks like you can edit the config file but you get other small issues. Apparently scrolling backgrounds are worse for it. Oh well.
