Yes. I do not like character design I do not like looking at him. That's it.
If people like him thats fine, if he's popular than I understand why he is in the game. I'm not going to be those as..... interesting individuals who can't let go of mewtwo and blame furries for lucario rather than kids and people in general just liking the character a whole lot and making people money. No, if there is a pittoo fanbase, sure whatever. I'll roll with it, I just don't like looking at him.

Dr. Mario would be exempt, but with the addition of fucking custom movesets, he could have been an Alt. If you didn't want to make Lucina different from Marth, you could have just cut Marth, or realized that there is no fucking reason for four Fire Emblem characters, and left Lucina off. Dark Pit could have taken Pit's Brawl moveset, or been left off the roster.
Of course, we lose unique characters, but hey, who cares. Eat your desserts.
I like Pitoo, and I play him over regular Pit. But he should have had a different moveset from regular pit. Either let Pit keep is Brawl moveset and have Dark Pit moveset be the Uprising representative. Or vise versa.

I really don't know why either. A lot of characters were just copy and pasted. How they treated poor Charizard is laughable. (Only really one new move, kept the horrid rock smash) Actually it feels random which characters got a complete change and which ones didn't
Bowser, Meta Knight and Pit all got upgrades, but Pikachu, and most of the other cast were left behind. Mr Game and watch really needed a new final smash. Though I guess I'm just complaining and being a babby.

Also thinking back to my past I just remembered that Gundam Seed ruined mecha for me until I was like 14 and saw Gurren. Until I saw gurren I thought mecha was dumb and stupid.
Now my two of my favorite animes of all tine are mecha, Gurren Lagann and G Gundamn

Gurren Lagann is the greatest anime of all time.
It's a complicated feeling. The game is a respective of all of Nintendo's history as well as the games themselves. So having Fluud in there makes sense...he just sucks really badly.

If it's with awareness, then Panty & Stocking for sure. Before that, I have no fucking clue. I remember watching Excel Saga before that, but that wasn't so much lewd as it was batshit insane and it left my mind as quickly as it entered.

It is random, and it's infuriating. I want to keep talking about how this game actually feels fun to play, unlike Brawl, but rosters decisions keep pissing me off.
Ganondorf still angers me to this day. If you like the moveset that badly, give it to someone else. Black Shadow can get it, and it would make sense. But fuck hoping for a moveset update. It took four fucking games for DK to get his roll, instead of his dumb kick thing.
But, some characters did get updates. Peach has that weird ribbon attack. Kibry has a minor change, that gives him a whole new tool. Sheik and ZSS barely resemble their past selves. Pit got a completely revamped moveset.
So what the hell is it? The sheer inconsistency of the roster changes is bizarre.

As for how the game plays, it plays a hell of a lot better than Brawl, even slightly better than Melee in some areas. The characters overall feel more balanced despite the flat out shit ones. (Charizard is so bad, it's jarring. I can still win with him, but he feels bottom, he's like a crappy version of Bowser)
Online feels good for the most part, battling against people in other countries is a hassal though.
A lot more attacks have been given KO chances, and air smash attacks seem more universally powerful.

Ah...you guys really need to rewatch Dragon Ball, probably one of the best examples on how to do a wacky adventure story. There is a goal, nothing feels too serious and action is nice and brief without feeling too draggy.
This is mostly because they have tournament saga's throughout the series that let the fights happen then it's off adventuring. It feels like there is a big build up to the next tournament and seeing how it turns out.
I feel people don't give enough credit to Dragon Ball...the same can't be said for Dragon Ball Z, but at least it has awesome action.

When I was still in my "I FUCKING LOVE ANIME!" phase, I did find some H-series. It was cool I guess. I didn't really enjoy the lewd. I just found it really corny and dumb.
First full on one that I can remember was Resort Boin. Then some others. Then Bible Black. Then the one that convinced me that I was heading to some dark, horrible places: Night Shift Nurses.
I still need to read the Bible Black VN. I'll get to it one day.
