What's that for a game? The name of the arcade game is Super Mario Fushigi no Korokoro Party and it's developed by Capcom and Able Corporation.

Nope, they just killed their arcade specific R&D division. Zeta Gundam: AEUG Vs Titians DX (Sys146), Hyper Street Fighter IIX (CPS2), Capcom Fighting Jam (Sys246?) and Vampire Chronicle (CPS2?) are a few of their recent arcade games based off consumer releases.
