Well, it is why I think a quick write-up and a thumbs up/thumbs down works best. If you want an indepth review, well, there's going to be features where people look back on the game seriously or just old reviews to dig up, trying to evaluate it as if it were a new release today can be tricky, but it's not so tricky to simply say whether the game's still worth checking out, at least for a straight re-release like this.
Though some of those older reviews strangely enough have criticisms more in line with what'd make sense on a modern game. Game gets called on being too short in the edge review, but how long WERE many games then anyway that weren't RPGs? I wager most action titles were the same length, maybe shorter.
