Switching between Brawl and the Smash 3DS demo is like going from slow-mo to fast forward. Not sure if it's just my brain messing with me but it does feel so much zippier on the 3DS. I was comparing Link on both and the Brawl version is just so slow and sluggish. lol

Also there's something very satisfying about his new forward A. lol

Now looking at the trophy list, there are quite the number of odd omissions and inclusions. I was planning on writing this up a couple days ago when we figured out all the trophies but got lazy.

Enguarde- the only major Animal Buddy missing. It's really weird considering he's the only Animal Buddy missing from the Brawl trophies. the other Animal Buddies haven't gotten new models

Mega Charizard - Despite Mega Blastoise and Mega Venusaur being trophies, the 3rd Kanto starter didn't get a Mega trophy. Maybe this is hinting that Final Smash trophies are coming back for the Wii U version

The Fire Emblem Awakening selection- really odd how only a fraction of the cast is there. There's of course Chrom, Lucina and Robin but the other FE:A characters were Lissa, Owain, Gaius, Inigo, Lon'qu, Cordelia, Validar and formerly Tharja. Really big mismatch without any rhyme or reason. There's some hint of trying to follow the popularity contest winners but still n

Luigi(Mario Kart) - A bit odd to be missing this series main stay in a kart especially when there's the Luigi Death Stare meme and almost every other playable Mario Kart character got a trophy. Rosalina is also missing one though she's not as much of a main stay in the series as Luigi

Ho-oh/Groudon/ Dialga aka the cover legendaries that got shafted. They were in Brawl (first two pokeball, latter stage hazard) but all 3 are missing from the game completely. Ho-oh and Groudon are pretty cool Pokeball Pokemon.

Bald bull is the odd Punch out character included when they don't have more recognizable Punch Out characters like King Hippo or Piston Honda

Interesting padding with the Wii Fit trophies. i don't think the jacknife is a part of the WFT moveset though the rest are.

Interestingly, Blathers and Jingle are missing even though the majority of the Main Street characters as well as the special event Animals

Why is there 6 different Nintendogs and 4 different Shy Guys but only one Kritter and other multiples.

I've been kicking ass with that move on the demo. Link is definitely gonna be one of my mains.

Im guessing most of those omissions will end up on the wii u version.

I can't play my 3DS online at work for a different reason:

240 ping, 0.4 mbps download speed, couldn't finish the test to determine upload speed.

That's pretty common in Germany. From what I've seen in the US UL seems to be about equal to DL speed. In Germany your UL speed is limited. Yu could have 100Mb/s DL and still only 10Mb/s UL :/

Until a few months ago, my DL was 25 Mb/s and my UL was 1 Mb/s :p

(It's around 30 Mb/s and 10 Mb/s now)
