Supernatural Season 11 |OT| No, seriously, it got awesome again.

Supernatural has a ton of potential spin off that they are sitting on. And the spin off attempt we got was that typical cw series

I sent an idea to Mark Sheppard on social media for a spin off. "Touched by a Demon." Each week, Crowley helps some person in need, and by the end of each episode their wishes get twisted and things turn out bad, and Crowley condemns their soul to hell for all eternity.

That would be awesome!

Seriously, this stuff writes itself.

-A Men of Letters spin-off set in the 1920's
-Jody/Donna
-Crowley's wish granting
-that Jewish guy and his golem kicking Nazi ass is good for a season
-Charlie in Wonderland would have been awesome
-Gabe trolling the fuck out of assholes on a weekly basis

It would almost be like a procedural. You can catch any episode any time and still be fine, which means it would run really well in syndication.

I would totally watch that.

You could do something similar with Gabe. Introduce a total schmuck, have someone go to Gabe for revenge, have Gabe troll the fuck out of them. Then made Gabe trolls the guy who came to him. It could be set up like Columbo, but instead of solving crimes it's trolling.

There's a trend on tumber with people talking about a Mills/Donna spinoff, with all the girls Jody has taken in. (Annie and now Claire). They even gave it a kinda cool name: Forgotten Daughters or Lost Daughters.

See, I was talking about this back when they both popped up in the same episode. This would have been so much better than Bloodlines ever was, I honestly thought the Jody/Donna episode was the backdoor pilot.

Let's hope that CW is looking at that. They already have two awesome female driven shows with Crazy Ex Girlfriend and Jane the Virgin. Now we need another.

that sounds pretty brutal. like a tales of the darkside series, but knowing that the protagonist is fucked

will gain confidence one day
This was my favourite episode so far this season. Creative and visually interesting. Reminded me of a season 1-2 joint. The scene with Sam and the clown in the elevator was great.

I was a little disappointed with the end scene, as it suggests more of the same. I would have preferred that
Sam said "I'm going to try to open the cage anyways man, so either support me or I'll do it behind your back."
They should know each other well enough at this point to just be open about that.

It's really about time Mark Sheppard gets a leading role. He's been King of the Geeky Guest stars for far too long.

more like cheeky antagonist. hes pretty much a similar character in leverage

im beginning to think theres a good portion of fans that like the "secrets and lies" cycle of supernatural

"Fans" and "like the secrets and lies" in the same sentence? Is this even possible?

This is honestly the greatest idea I have ever seen. It's such a Crowley thing too, his punchline can be like "that's what you get for working with a demon" while giving a smirk. Just like he did when they were trying to capture Plauge's second in command in Season 5. Kinda reminds me of that wishing well eipsode, poor Dean, all he wanted was a sub.

That's...actually a really great idea for a show. So many possibilities!

It's not on purpose :(

If the CW still wants a Supernatural spin-off it should be based around a Jody/Donna team up. It would be so awesome, especially when they
bring Bobby back and have him take care of Jody's wards while she's away kicking ass
.

Just do it and print money CW, just do it!
Okay I forgive you. I so wanna see Donna and Jody, this weeks episode made Donna seem even more capable of doing this sort of thing. She decapitates vamps, creepy staring bunny heads don't scare her, she makes bonfire out of costume heads. What's not to love?

The side characters really are crap. lol. The ones you DO enjoy just end up being killed off and then the bad ones stick around forever.

Season is still fairly strong though. Enjoying it for the most part. Hasn't been an episode that I hated yet. Next week's episode looks like it could be a stupid but fun one. lol

Season 11 has been really strong so far compared to last season - which I thought had a lot of great ideas but the writers ditched them either too early or barely expanded upon them. Guess they learned from that experience and went back to what a lot of people liked from seasons 8-9.

Note: I really liked season 9.

The elevator scene was one of the better scenes I can remember in awhile. Just the pure dread on Sam's face when the doors opened and how awkward it was him standing there behind him.

Not to mention the website itself is sooooo finicky ;_; It'll change quality, stop and buffer, and do everything horrible that it can.

If any of you are interested, Supernatural Season 10 Blue-Ray is $23.99CDN on Amazon, down from $69.99, because of the Black Friday deals. They probably have all the seasons on massive sale right now, so now's a good time to buy them if you want they physical copies.

I keep holding out for the complete series box set someday, but they keep renewing the damn show, LOL.

yo so what happened to Death's scythe? Dean had one of the most powerful weapons in the known universe, and he just forgets about it? Didn't they say it could kill anything (Death did plan on reaping God one day after all)? Seems like it might have been useful against the Darkness....

It disintegrated along with Death.

I remember one episode when Dean was ordering food the person actually called him Jensen. Forgot what episode it was and what season it was. If no one remembers it, I'm pretty tempted to re-watch the show just to find it. I think it was before season 6.

Hmm. The number of episodes where it shows him grabbing food from the counter should be limited. Sounds like itd be in the first 3 seasons?

Well, I found it. I googled it and found the episode name. Here is the video. Now some people say they hear "Here you go, gents." while some hear "Here you go, Jensen." curious to what you guys hear.

I got all excited about Supernatural today and it turns out it's on hiatus until Dec 2nd. :'(...btw I hear Jensen still, maybe it's just because I want to hear it, unno.

Jared and Jensen will be in Nashville for a Supernatural convention in February. SOOOOO tempted to go, but am terrified. My wife wants to go on the condition it is like the fan convention episode and we can watch everyone LARP as Sam and Dean.

Why are you terrified? Nervous to meet the cast or because of packed it would likely be?

Honestly if the convention was that small and that fun I'd fly out to attend. So long as there's no actual haunting and death :p.

Terrified that the convention would be populated by nothing but Becky the Superfans.

Did her imaginary unicorn just get murdered? Also is that Dean being all creepy and lurking?

Look at Dean being all Mr. Rogers and shiz lol.

Lol Sam & Dean as children flashbacks are always the best. I kinda like the kid Sam.

Is it just me or is the mom a MILF?

LOL THEIR REACTIONS!

I wanna learn air guitar.

Kid Sam is a dick.

"Dean we need to seriously talk about the cage..."
"Okay" wow Dean has really come around-"not happening, good talk" nvm.

LOL OMG THE OTHER WAY! I died.
