Its the same geometry, just a texture mod.
They likely blurred the Normal map to make her face seem "softer".
Altered the diffuse as well.
Its a mod, dunno how much better it is really.
If youve got photoshop(or alternative) you can download this and do your own alterations for makeup or whatever.
I actually think we were too harsh on this character model.
Its not great but its not as bad as people would have you think.
I quite like the short hair.
Maybe ill install it when I finally get to actually playing this game
Patch 1.4 fixed a good amount of the game right?

It's a closer likeness to her glamor headshots, but I wouldn't discount the possibility that she's just not that attractive outside of carefully placed studio lighting and judicious photoshop filters. Ubisofts ghoulification may well have been an attempt at fixing an ugly model scan.
Eye color is wrong, eyebrow has well and it's missing that little line on the chin she has, other than that it's closer i guess?
