Nothing crazy valuable. Off the top of my head the best thing you can steal is All-Divides from Mimics. There are only so many mimics from the game, but if you steal from it and run you can repeat the process. I always save that Mimic in the Fire Temple for later when I have the Colette's stealing skill, then I go back and start farming only to realize I never use All-Divides anyway.

There are also Rune Bottles and herbs that are stealable but I think most/all of them can be obtained as drops, probably more easily.

I just hate her animation for the move, and if she misses the delay is so long. Of course, if I play as her she's a Para Ball spammer, and I use her in my party the AI generally prefers Angel magic even with default settings.

The long windup for Item Thief/Rover basically means you need someone else staggering the enemy when you use it, too.

As far as AI, seems like setting her to Don't Pursue and disabling her close range techs keeps her out of most enemies' attack range when she chooses to use physical attacks.

Man ToS has aged so poorly. Coming from 100 hours of Vesperia and Graces its almost impossible to go back to this basic battle system. It doenst help i pretty much beat the game 4 times in a row back when it was released on the GC.

I stopped using amazon because of those stupid yellow dvd envelopes they send games in. They offer no protection at all. When you get one order not damaged out of ten, something is wrong and they are eating the costs.

Yeah not sure how their shipping system works, but I've received a HDMI cable in better packaging (huge box, air bubbling, etc) than a collector's edition of a game.

Yep that's the entirety of her character really. She's also sort of an Estelle-lite in skits, pretty goofy/airheaded in the humor ones.

Great artes in battle though.

Yeah, their shipping has dropped off in the past couple of years (I can definitely attest to the mis-sized packaging thing...a couple of weeks ago, I ordered a wacom pen, a Gundam figure, and Bravely Default CE had shipped the same week. The gunpla and pen were shipped in a huge box with air sacks despite both objects having rigid packaging of their own, but they sent me BD in a bubble mailer with the box crushed.) And Colette is an awful character. She's one of the myriad reasons why I cut playing this game short in '04. TvTropes taught me that she has really OP artes though

I think you can use them out of battle, but I never did just to be safe.

If it is the same as the gamecube version, the second player can control another character in battle. They cannot control anything outside of battle though.

Apparently you got to go with Genis to get them both at the same time, otherwise you just get Presea's.


So to get them all in the least amount of playthroughs:
Colette, Kratos, Genis (for Genis and Presea), Zelos (for Zelos + Sheena), Regal is the way to be the most efficient.
Raine's can be done at anytime through the Casino.

I prefer her Japanese one since she seems to act certain lines better. Her English one isn't bad though, plus she voiced Shiki from TWEWY!

I personally like Colette but I can see why she is hated. The tripping trope gets pretty old too but it's not anymore annoying to me than the Tales series tending to have characters that betray you or have a bad cook, etc.

feel your pain my backlog isn't getting any better got both downloading on my PS3 waiting to be played but I have thief to play swell and south park next week then titan fall then MGS/FFX HD and Infmaous on the same day!
