go to the stats page. there's a link that says 'demos' right there. click and download.

Once the demo loads, just close the demoui window and you'll be able to change spectated player (or fly around) like normal.

[EDIT] This should go without saying, but you also need to have the map that the demo is on.

Suggestion: put this info at the top of the demo page.

Were going to have a mandatory TF2 update coming Wednesday afternoon/evening. This is just a heads-up that its coming so that you can be prepared.

There is one change that might require a change to server configs:

tf_show_voice_icons has been renamed to mp_show_voice_icons so that its more generic.
