I hear nothing that sounds like the theme at that time stamp. Though re-watching the trailer with headphones, I can hear it a bit at 2:30 but it's hard to distinguish as The Final Countdown music is playing up to that point and it just kind of blends together for me.

Looked promising to start then went off a cliff.

I was half expecting a hostage exchange, rogue submarine and nuclear explosion at the end of that trailer. The true story is gripping enough without car chases, kgb and other bollocks sexing this up..

BBC 4 did a fantastic documentary interviewing the main characters 11 years ago. ( ). I recommend watching this.
