Bernie needs to have some specifics here. Okay, it's not 90%. What is it? 50% 60% Everything he claims to want to do is based on this, yet he has absolutely no idea how much the tax rate needs to be. This is his issue. He needs toe facts at his disposal.

Nope -- Most if not all of the things the presidential candidates on both sides say they want to do cannot be done without congress.
The exception to this is war stuff. Presidents have broad powers to do the hell they want with the military, and this is partly enabled by congress being complicit in this. Easier for them politically to be less involved.

Then you can look at polls like this one from gallup that have found that a "socialist" candidate is less appealing to the average voter than them being atheist.
