Could this team at least have a shred of dignity and lose the wild card by keeping the pressure on by winning? Lol I hope they lose by one run it'll be the 6th loss in the last seven that have been by one run.

Reeling in agony due to our inneffective offense and a cruel joke in having Grissom make an error leading to two players get into scoring position but being unable to pinch hit for Alverez.

Couldn't take Alverez out. Our Bullpen has already been overused this past week and they need as much rest as possible. Alverez is one of our best and at the moment our best hope and keeping the Giants quiet until later. That's why I call what happened a cruel joke.

You should have seen this coming, Dodgers always choke against the Giants towards the end of the season. If the Giants sweep and win on Monday u get a shot at the Dodgers for the Wild Card on Tuesday aslong as u sweep the Rockies. :D

It doesn't surprise me, I'm just annoyed. Who knows, maybe we'll come out swinging tomorrow.. but going up against Schmidt, I doubt it. If we lose this, we may as well just miss the playoffs anyway -- the team will have absolutely nothing left in them in terms of confidence or faith.
 
Ok its pretty clear that the Stros cant count on the Dodgers,so hopefully we can win our next two games and beat up on them >_< in a one game playoff.

lol you still have 3 chances to get into the playoffs after this game...1 more regular season game, a head to head playoff for the division, and then a wildcard playoff game.

The Dodgers are lucky they have a couple of come from behind victories against the Rockies or they wouldn't even be in the race anymore.

BTW GO GIANTS MAKE IT TOUGH ON THE DISASTROS.

As much as I like to pound the Cubbies I say the Oakland choke is bigger. Their big three starters haven't won a game against a winning team since mid August!
 
The Dodgers are doing pathetically bad right now. I'm glad to see the Angels 3 outs away from the playoffs though, especially since it means the A's probably won't be going. :D Let's do this Percy!
